Lafourche Ambulance District #1 is proud to offer our very own Medic Alert Device. Lafourche Alert Device or L.A.D. for short, is available to the people of the Tenth Ward of Lafourche Parish. We offer multiple services such as home phone line systems and G.P.S. locator devices. Home phone lines can be used, but is no longer required to operate the Medic Alert Device. Our system is both competitive and reliable. Feel safe and secure when choosing our alert necklace knowing help will be on the way at the touch of a button. We are here to insure safety, follow up with patient care, emergency transportation, and will make sure family is contacted at the patients request. Contact our office at (985) 632-7192 or complete our online form below if you or someone you know may benefit from this service. Devices can be obtained for as little as $20.00/month depending on which device you choose. Installation is free and no lengthy contracts to sign.
